I recently stumbled upon a Firefox extension called FirefoxNotify that makes FF use Jaunty-style notifications. Are there any other Firefox extensions out there are made just for Linux or integrate in some cool way with Linux apps? :)

There are quite a few - well... a dozen or so probably. Ubuntu itself ship Firefox with an "ubuntu" extension that "tweaks" it so it works better with the OS.

I'm pretty sure there's a minimize to gnome taskbar one but most, i think, are just FTP/IRC/CHANGE THE TITLE BAR NAME type goodies.

I recommend TerminalRun (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9738), which integrates nicely with Ubuntu forums.

I'm the developer of two extensions for Linux:

Umarks (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13153) - Create, delete, backup and restore lists of installed/deinstalled Ubuntu packages and search for installed packages on allmyapps.com, appnr.com, getdeb.net, packages.ubuntu.com, launchpad.net, linuxappfinder.com and Google.

FoxMediaCenter (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10991) - is a media center extension for Linux, primarily developed for TV and video enthusiasts. It is basically an EPG with an integrated TV recorder, media and playlists manager, programme info, stats and much more.

There is also Tomfox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8276) which allows you to highlight selected text and right click then click "Create Tomboy Note" very handy.

Also Firetray (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4868) it's a system tray extension for linux

You can also search for the term Linux at the the addon's site

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=linux&cat=all
