Hi!
I've Ubuntu 9.04 64 bit on my laptop.
When I run `notify-send 'Hello World!'` nothing happends :(
But if I run the same command with sudo, I'll see the popup message in top right corner as it should be. I can't remember about any changes with notification configurations so I've no idea why it could by.
Ofcaurse I'm logged in as normal user when I'm trying to do that.
Googling also didn't helps me.
Please, advice me what can I try so solve this problem.
Thanks!
