I am new to Ubuntu and am running it on an HP Pavilion AMD 64dual core m7460n media computer with 4 gB Ram, with 2 hard drives, 320 gB with MS Widows system and Ubuntu installed on an internal 1 terabyte hard drive.
My monitor is a wide LGE 20.1" Flatron with resolution of 1680 x 1050.
Ubuntu does not recognize this monitor and runs it at a resolution of 600 x 800.
Are there any Ubuntu drivers available for this monitor? The existing driver is not acceptable when running Ubuntu. :confused:
