Hello. I recently had to delete a previous version of ubuntu from my computer that was running from an install via wubi. I now want to reinstall the system (ubuntu) but all I see in wubi is kubuntu!
No other desktop configurations are available! Why is that?

Thanks.
John

One way of doing it is to download the Ubuntu iso from here (http://noncdn.releases.ubuntu.com/jaunty/) and stick the Ubuntu iso and wubi.exe in the same folder and run the wubi.exe. This should install using the Ubuntu iso that you downloaded.

Or you could just try kubuntu for some days, it's really beautiful :)
