KDE 4.3 System tray arrow

I've recently upgrade to KDE 4.3 and so far things are looking alright but there's one minor thing bugging me. The system tray plasmoid now has this little arrow that you can click to hide or show its icons much like in windows.

I really don't like this development since I just want everything to show at all times without having to click on that arrow. I've been snooping through the configuration screen for an option to turn it off but no luck yet.

Does anyone know a way to get rid of that little arrow?

That's part of the theme I think. You would have to find a theme that doesn't have the arrow.
