Hey, I'm curious, is there a way to put a widget or clock or some such program on a transparent overlay that is always on top, but cannot be interacted with? For example, I would love to have a transparent crystal looking clock display over all my windows, regardless of what I am running, but not be clickable so I don't have to worry about it interfering with my ability to access programs running underneath it on the desktop. I guess what I want is a transparent non-interactive HUD style display. I can't find any information about anything like that anywhere, so I thought I'd ask if anyone knows of something similar. And if there is not, well, I think it's an awesome idea. Maybe someone will make it, since I'm pretty sure I am too ignorant of programing to make it...
