As l long as the you don't get a PCI-E then yes. Also check how much power it's going to take up if it takes up.

P.S new avatar?

No.

Some cards are compatible with only 3.3V or 5V slots. You can tell if your motherboard supports either or both voltages by looking at the PCI slots.

This is a non-issue really as the voltage thing is safe: you can't physically fit an expansion card to the expansion slot if that slot is electronically incompatible.

PCI is consistent. If you wanted to, you could use the earliest PCI video/sound cards on your new computer.

A slight clarification:

I'm not sure if motherboards can support multiple voltages for expansion slots, but I know for fact that some expansion cards do (these are referred to as 'Universal PCI') and those kinds of expansion cards will fit on motherboards that have either 3.3V or 5V PCI slots.

3.3V or 5V cards will only fit motherboards with corresponding slots.

I have several Pentium 1 era S3 PCI graphic cards with 1Mb memory which still work on my AM2+ motherboard!
