Upgrading to Xubuntu

I have duel boot installed Xubuntu and I want to now export my current e-mail archive from XP Outlook into either Thunderbird or Evolution. Is this possible?

What does it have to do with upgrading to Xubuntu? Please use descriptive thread titles.

I did try an change the thread title but could not.

I have upgraded to Xubuntu from Windows, and I was asking how to retrieve my e-mails etc. I will ditch this thread and open a new one with a better title OK.
