customer netbook volume switch for document viewer

I have ubuntu installed on the Kohjinsha Sc3. There is a volume switch which works well for ubuntu.

I want to change the key to Ctrl-pgup and Ctrl-pgdn for document viewer. Is it possible?

Please help.
