what do I do to install FrostWire on my Ubuntu?

I just installed it on my desktop. I have open its folder and looked up for a "setup" kindda thing to click on, but found nothing.

How, where do I click, what do I do to install it, anyway?

looks like you didn't install it. You need to download the .deb file, and just double-click it. It sounds like you just extracted it to a folder.
