Hello

I moved to Ubuntu 9.04 from Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3.

I have a 250GB Internal Hard. I've divided it into 3. I have installed Ubuntu on 1 partition and I have 2 more partitions left.

The problem is when I start Ubuntu and Open those 2 partitions I have to enter my password for Ubuntu and Authorize it! I don't want format those 2 Partitions! So what should I do?

Thank you

OK, so you have ubuntu on one section. Are the other sections empty? Each section has its own filesystem. If you don't have a filesystem on the section and you try to open it, it wont work--to see what files are on it you have to have a filesystem. It's possible to have a filesystem that has no files in it, but that is different than having no filesystem on a section.
