The latest development snapshot-4546 is a very solid release.

Earlier (opera-10) beta releases/snapshots had some nasty bugs, I haven't encountered a single bug in this one so far.

I would use if I could fix the tiny fonts (menu, webpages etc).

Problem is that Opera 10 eats memory on Ubuntu with a great hunger. It can reach even 90% of free RAM. It can be avoided by periodically closing Opera and starting it again, but it's annoying. still my fav browser though.

Quick fix: Go to Tools>Preferences>Advanced>Font and set the 'minimum font size' to 15 or 16.
You can play with the settings there when you have spare time to change all fonts and their sizes to get the effect you want.
