I've been running Ubuntu 9.04 on my Acer Aspire One netbook for 2 months now, and absolutely love it! I got my wireless working, still dont have my webcam working, but I can deal.
I'm curious as to what the Remix will do for my Acer. I don't want to lose files, apps, my dock, all those cool things that makes me love Ubuntu.
What are the ups and downs of the Remix for my Acer?
Can I get my web cam back with it?
To Remix, or not to Remix, that is the question!
Hope someone can help!

Honestly, if it ain't broke don't fix it. If you really want to try the UNR to see if your cam will work, get a flash drive and back up your files and be sure to set your home folder to show hidden files and copy your Firefox folder and your email folder. Then give it a try.

Thanks bro!

Your welcome.
