Kmess SVN rocks!

Interestingly enough you didn't have WLM in the list. For me it's the only one that has *full* functionality. The others come close, but no cherry. Luckily I have a Windows installation in Vbox. Also luckily I don't need to use MSN all that often.

I use aMSN simply because it was the first one i came across. It works for me, so i've never seen a need to try anything else.

I voted Pidgin, because I think that's the one that looks the best and has support for the protocols I need. However, as this was just a poll about MSN - perhaps I should have voted for emesene, as that's the one I feel works best for that particular protocol.

From the interface stance I will have to go with Empathy but for features aMSN which is what I use but only because it has working webcam support.

Amsn is my favorite because video chat works perfect. However it's GUI is totally crap.

I voted for pidgin; it has excellent support for multiple protocols (important for me), and a clean interface.

I also like the logo ;)

Emesene for GNOME
Kmess for KDE

Emesene, it looks good and works pretty well. Just a pitty the guy who posts news on the forums seems pretty immature.

I would use Galaxium but yet again development seems to have stalled, no revisions since 10th of June!

what a surprise! the default app is ahead.

Since I've been using KDE as of late, I use Kmess. Kopete was buggy nightmare; it only properly connected 1/3 times. The other times, it crashed as soon as I attempted to connect, or would not connect at all.

In a GTK environment, I prefer pidgin. Emesene is nice too.

Mainly because it's from a Argentina.

Pidgin, because I don't want full functionality. I hate all the winks and nudges and hideous custom emoticons and all that stuff that live messenger has. They take away the beauty of text.
