Help! How do I move wireless connection symbol

I have Cairo Dock installed, and I would like to move the Wireless Signal Connection to the dock. Along with the Volume control. However, when I remove the toolbar, it disappears, and I can't get it back. How do I 1. Get it back, and 2. Move it to Cairo Dock. Thanks

The toolbar in question is called the "Notification Area" and the other one is "Volume Control". If you need to add them back to a panel, right click --> Add to panel --> Notification Area (ADD), Volume Control (ADD).

As for putting them in the dock, I'm not sure, sorry :)
