Hi,

I've been trying to install vista in VB using the recovery discs that came with my computer. I use the wizard but it says, model not supported. I'm guessing I need to configure something in VB. What should I do?

Thanks

I would be very surprised if you could do what you want because recovery disks generally start by reformatting the drive. Since you're not going to be able to do that in VB, I don't see how this is going to work.

Yeah, you're right, I found out the hard way, it just gives an error that says "System not supported". So i'm guessing I need to have a fresh copy of vista, not a recovery disc. Oh well, thanks for the help though.
