When attempting to download todays updates the following messages were displayed :
Some of the packages could not be retrieved from the server(s).
Do you want to continue, ignoring these packages?
W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/linux-headers-2.6.28-15_2.6.28-15.49_all.deb
Connection failed
and after these messages the update manager again displayed the full list. When I asked it to install it displayed download 6 of 7 and restarted only to once again display the errors.
Where do I do from here?
