i have installed ubuntu jaunty on my harddisk. something wrong with my old motherboard asus p5rd2-vm and i'm going to buy new gigabyte ga-g31m-es2c.all driver (vga, sounds, ethernet) is detected well, i type ifconfig in terminal found my two ethernet RTL8101E/RTL8182E on eth0 and D-Link RTL8139 on eth1. but the both ethernet cant ping to gateway and another computer in the network. no firewall on my PC and Gateway.
i think my UTP cable is bad, than i try using other cable, but it's not help.
i try using ubuntu live CD to make ping, and pinging gateway work good..

how i solve the problem ? all ethernet driver detected but can't ping..
thanks for advice..
