VirtualBox USB in 9.04

I am trying to use my flash drive. I have virtualbox installed in jaunty and i am running XP. I've tried a few tutorials, and I found one that said edit /etc/udev/rules.d/40-permissions.rules but there is not a /etc/udev/rules.d/40-permissions.rules! I would like help. Thank you.

You need to download the latest Vbox from the Sun website, USB drives do no work with the version in the repositories. there should not be any need to edit anything to make the latest version work.
