View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can't access 2nd hard drive!!!

I screwed up! Trying to fix something that wasn't really broken I can no longer access my 2nd HD. I get a message
"Can not mount volume
Invalid mount option when attempting to mount the volume."
can anyone please please help :confused:

If the disk or partition you want to mount is ntfs then you can install NTFS-Config from add/remove and then launch it from "system\Administration\NTFS-Config

or

if it is ext3 you can follow the steps on the above mentioned

If those don't work please let us know more details about how the problem cam to be and is it an internal or external partition and how is it formatted.
