Currently.. I'm trying to install this theme

but apparently I need the Rezlooks engine.. andddd.. I'm pretty much dreadfully confused and can't really find much information on Rezlooks =\ Can anyone shed some light please? :]

from what I've read so far I've seen that
1. I need to install the .deb file for rezlooks which I did.. and this happens..
