I'm running compiz on ubuntu intrepid with a dual head athlon x2 dual core 3.1ghz system with 4GB RAM and a 9800 GT. Specs in sig btw. I'm using the 'normal' resize plugin, and sometimes audio cuts out while resizing windows. I presume it's something to do with the kernel timer frequency. I'm pretty sure it's set at 250HZ as I loaded the generic config into make xconfig and it came up as 250HZ, not the recommended 1000HZ for desktops. Is anyone else having this problem? Actually it might not be a kernel problem, as it doesn't happen while resizing using metacity. Probably a compiz bug then...or?

Thanks...
