View Full Version : I know I'm not (totally) nuts, but I can't find it...

There was a thread on here sometime within the past couple months or so which I think may have had to do with how long people have gone without sleep. Or maybe it's just there was some discussion in the thread wherein one or two people had commented they'd gone without sleep for a day or two.

Anyhow, someone posted in that thread this thing that, on the surface, looked like some kind of actual quote of a sentence, but if you read it, you realize it's complete gibberish. One of our sleep-deprived brethren here commented he read the thing and it took a couple times before they realized the post was just nonsense.

So I've searched for it every way I know how -- through the search system here on UF, through Google searches, even through brute-force looking at the past quite some number of Community Cafe pages of threads -- all to absolutely no avail.

Does anyone here remember which thread that was, or better yet what the actual substance of that gibberish post was?

Thanks in advance!

I have to admit, it made sense when I first read it. Of course, I was very... very.... very.... tired.

It's part of my secret plan for world domination... :p

Seriously, it was just like when you get a tune stuck in your head, but just right at the edge of conscious recollection. It sits there and nags at you and becomes ain itch you can't scratch.

I was actually there for that particular incident, I didn't think it was that special though. It did make me go uhhhh...What? But then I moved on.
