lost menu in some programs

Hi,

I lost my menu toolbar (file edit view etc.) in serveral programs like gimp, evolution, pidgin, terminal...
But not in programs like kdevelop, kalarm and others

Any idea's how to fix this?

ok i know that there is a bug in compiz and some people have to disable full screen support sorry
