Errors when upgrading : Malformed Release FIle?

Trying to upgrade from Ibex and I receive the following errors:

W: GPG error: http://packages.medibuntu.org intrepid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 2EBC26B60C5A2783
W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net intrepid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 43C0AFF0D7FAE680
W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/intrepid-security/Release Unable to find expected entry deb/binary-i386/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.


Any ideas how to fix?

Figured it out. I had an extra "deb" in the sources list down at the line that was broken. Thanks for your help!
