DVD play error

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 64 bit. When I try to play a DVD I get the error could not read from resource. I use vlc. Thank you

Do you have 'libdvdcss2' installed. If not you need to enable the Medibuntu (http://www.medibuntu.org/) repository to get it.
