is it possible to develop PL/SQL on linux?
if so , any suggested IDE for that???

also , not exactly related to the previous question , where can I find a sample database (file , not necessarily has to be remoted) to practice my SQL and PL/SQL skills??

thanks,

You might take a look at this:

I have never tried the Linux version, but I use it on Windows at work. I like it very much.
