Gtalk installation

Hi all,

I am trying to install gtalk on my system, but due to proxy restrictions I was unable to download some packages from the repositories..

However, now I have downloaded these packages manually by some means...

Can anyone guide me further that where I should paste these packages now and how should I proceed further in the installation...
