Hi you there!, the ones who have more experience than me, (Senpais).

Well, here is, I run my games, (SuperTux, OpenArena, Zsnes Emulator, Pcsx Emulator), they all run fullscreen, and all is working perfect until the game turns out fullscreen to a restored window and taking my keyboard and mouse out of the game, the only way left is to comunicate with the game by gamepad.

I'm running all the games by GUI, if I should get them by Terminal, Please!, tell me know how, I'm a real begginer.

some recursive data follows here:
CPU: Athlon64 2.2Ghz
Graphics: onBoard nVidia GeForce 6100, Memory 256MiB
System: Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty
PS/2: mouse and keyboard
USB: gamepad

Every single advice will be welcomed
ThanX :D

I think you should try and start them in a terminal. Often you'll see some helpful (or at least informative) errors. Without error messages a crash is just a mystery.

Open up a terminal, Applications->Accesories->Terminal
Type in the command for the game - this is generally just the name in all lower case
I suspect
SuperTux: supertux
OpenArena: openarena

If you are unsure or it is non-obvious, you can edit your start menu, find the launcher for that program, edit it, and take a look at the command it's actually running.
