Hi Guys,

On CentOS, there is a pretty handy command called "Alternatives" that allow one to manage different installations of the same software in one machine. Is there any equivalent for Ubuntu?

It's pretty hard to find anything on this command as most of the time the word alternative is not use in this context.

I would very much appreciate your input.

Klaus.
