wubi not working

I just installed wubi 9.04 and ran it. It asked me to put a disk so i put an empty one. But nothing seems to happen! :( What am i supposed to do?

Wubi needs to have the Ubuntu CD or an ISO to install from. Since it was probably unable to locate the ISO file, it was prompting you for the Ubuntu CD -- not for a blank CD.
