<suck_up>I'm glad to be a member of Ubuntu's Kentucky Team!</suck_up> I don't know if there are any programmers in the group, but if there are then I know of a great website for programming Q&A's. It's called http://www.stackoverflow.com/.
If your not a programmer, but are a sys-admin use one of it's sister sites (http://www.serverfault.com/), and finally if your just a computer enthusist and want to talk about everything computer realated got to http://www.superuser.com/ (don't you just love that name), it makes me think about this picture:
