Interesting problem...
I have a wireless mouse and keyboard (http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/product.asp?cid=100&scid=14&id=162) fom a4tech, they work fine if I only use the standard keys, and the volume keys also work, but the special keys on the mouse and the keyboard don't work, I am asking if someone could point me in the right direction in order to be able to configure them keys!
And a more burning question is that my mouse stops working "fine" after a while, if I watch a movie and want to exit Totem, if I move the mouse it starts flickering like nuts and even if i press multiple clicks in the leave fullscreen button in the upper right corner it won't work! Also a lot of odd things happen if i move the cursor over the menu bar (which is set to auto-hide) and it shows and it hides, so my basic problem is that i can't quite perform a simple and enjoyable click, is there a driver for this keyboard and mouse set, and coud compiz also be of some fault in this issue?
...sorry if my description was long I wanted to give a good description of my issue.

oh and now it is getting worse, the keyboard is acting odd, the shift keys are working when they think they want and instead of the windows key an e with umlaut apears.
