Is there any way to make your own complete linux os using suse studio?
that doesn't have any suse symbols anywhere on it but your own symbols instead?
or do i have to start from scratch?

Check this out, it is a complete Linux operating system with no OpenSuse symbols or artwork: http://www.ubuntu.com/
The only problem is, the forums are very addictive. :(

If you really want to give a shot at creating your own custom distro, give LFS (Linux From Scratch) a shot. http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/
