Hi All,
I was trying to configure XDMCP for a couple of hours without success:
I have only 2 computers (Ubuntu and Win XP) in my network and I'm referencing one to each other using IP addresses.
At this time, I can start a new XDMCP session from the localhost, and it works fine. But if I try to connect from the Win XP notebook (using X-win32), I only have a blank (grey) screen with an X.
I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 and GDM. I configured XDMCP using the GUI (System->Administration->Login Window->Remote), and I also reviewed gdm.conf / gdm.conf-custom, iptables and /etc/hosts.
Any new idea will be appreciated
