Its possible to change from ubuntu to debian or from sidux to debian? So I can conserv my actual installed programs. If its possible, how can I do it?

It is not possible (or at least not recommended) to change from Ubuntu to Debian. You could probably change from Sidux to Debian Sid pretty easily by removing your Sidux repos.
