I want to install ubuntu, debian and mint in my hard disk. Do I have to do 3 particion swap for my three particions, or its enought with one swap particion.

One is all you need. Each distro should find it automatically.

Why would you want to do this? Real question not a statement. Is there much difference between them? Mint comes from Ubuntu which comes from Debian if i understand things. Mint is just a more fancy version of Ubuntu? Can you do something in one that you can't do in another? Or is this just for fun?

if you want to explore three different systems (key word being different) why not go for systems that are farther apart than debian, ubuntu and mint?
for the sake of exploration i would suggest something along the lines of debian, arch, and fedora
