I got some features
-Tie-up with major vendors to create a unified distribution model for Hardware drivers
-A strong SDK and toolkit - maybe an enhanced version of GTK and an SDK that includes tools to build interfaces for mobile devices, touch screens and normal desktops/laptops
-Portal for softwares from third parties as well as existing free software.

Anything else?

I don't really think that Google's OS will have much impact on Linux.

PS: I think you got the term "distribution" wrong :)
