I have a macpro 4,1 with two nvidia geforce gt 120 graphics cards. I tried installing the nvidia drivers but ubuntu still fails to setup the graphics properly. The graphics are really glitchy, sometimes the right is on the left and the left is on the right, and sometimes text randomly turns black in console. This is all without running X, as it fails to start unless I enter low graphics mode. Has anyone gotten ubuntu working on a mac pro 4,1? Are there different drivers I should be using, or maybe a special xorg.conf?

Ubuntu also didn't recognize the network drivers, but someone else here posted a two line edit to one of the driver files that worked. Maybe there's also a solution to the graphics problem that I don't know about.
