having a background image in grub ....!

I think u understood my question by having a look at the title.
Yes, I've seen accidentally someone in a meeting, having a image as background in grub.... He was using UBUNTU...!!

I would like to know how it is possible.
Can anyone pleaz help me

But i would like to have different colors for each line, in GRUB....
Can anyone help me out !!:)
