I'm using SSH and I can connect fine but everytime I try and use SCP to copy a file it shows me a 100% readout for the file transfer which goes by like in a split second so i doubt it even downloads anything but when i go to look for it on the machine i sent the file to theres nothing to be found im doing this within my network from remotecomputer to local

Perhaps if you show us the actual command you're using, and the output, someone will point to you toward your error.
