Hi,
As the title suggests, I always click the 'X' to close the Messenger contacts list, but don't actually want to quit the app, just minimize to System Tray. An option asks which type of 'close' you'd like with a check box to remember the choice. My choice is never remembered.
Google hasn't been much help, unfortunately.
