Lot's of netbooks available on craigslist. Although may not be convenient from your location. People buy them and then find out how slow they are with Windows and dump them.

You could always try ebay.

If you have a family member in the U.S., you could always buy it, ship it to their house, and then get them to ship it to you.

You could try eBay, but beware: there are a lot of scammers on eBay.
