I've set up a nice black and green gtk theme for my computer, icons and all. However, I've come across two issues.

The first being that when running a program (firefox for example) the icon for said program in the gnome-panel is not the one provided by my icon set. However, some programs use the icon specified in my icon set (like gedit and the Nautilus file browser).

The top half of the image shows my top gnome-panel (along with the firefox launcher) while the bottom half shows the icon that appears in the gnome-panel

The other issue is that Nautilus dropdown messages (like the empty trash bar or search results bar) are light blue (#a7c6e1) in color instead of the expected black. Nowhere in my gtkrc file is such a colour specified.

This is the dropdown bar I was talking about.

I am using the emerald theme here (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Simple+green?content=55950) along with the gtk theme here (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Industrial+green+black+?content=91636) and the icon set here (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Any+Color+You+Like?content=102435).
