How to set default page size for printer?

I can't find anywhere about setting the default page size to "A4" instead of that damn "Letter". Where can I set this?

Also, I have a printer set as default, but when printing I have "Format for: Any Printer" set up :(

I think you have to set that preference in the programs you're printing from.

You could also log into the CUPS page (http://localhost:631) and set it there.

In a browser: IP or hostname of the machine in question (usually localhost), port 631.
