View Full Version : [ubuntu] Desktop Cube / Wall idea (possibility?)

I'm pretty sure this isn't an option right now, but I've been wrong before and I would like to see it.

The desktop cube allows me to show 4 sides (or more) of a horizontal workspaces.
Let's say I have, along with the 4 horizontal, 3 vertical.

The cube will still only show 4, but I can access all 12 of them using expo.
And, if in expo I go to a different row, the cube shows the four on that row.

I was wondering if it could be set up to where while viewing the cube, have a switch to switch up to a different row, if that makes any sense? like ctr+alt+left and right rotate, but ctr+alt+up and down shift rows?

Just a crazy idea I had...

Ya I'm following you. Never thought of that. Hack away at it and let me know.

Easier said than done. I might have to leave this one to the pros. I'm going in circles. I haven't been this lost since I first tried coding my own private server...
