conky scrolling text

hey people, ive been using ${scroll 20} but it dosent work well with rss feeds, i wana make a news ticker of 1 scrolling line and the 5 lines of headlines in 5 diff lines of conky code and the command wont allow anything to change such as colour but i would love this to work, if needed ill show the code im trying to work with

This would be great to have. like the scrolling news feed on CNN. Someone should write a script to parse an RSS feed into one line then to be used with the scroll function of Conky.
