With some difficulty, it appears!

I have a Twinhan AD-SE200 satellite card which I have not yet managed to get working, because I am unable to find the right driver or get any information on what software apps I should use with it.

A good 'How To' article and list of driver sources would be really welcome.

Some work out-of-the-box, others need tweaking, others aren't supported.

I have a Hauppauge HVR-1110 which works out-of-the-box with latest kernels. I just need to redirect sound with TVtime, all other applications I've tried work fine.

If you Google on Mythbuntu, you can find links that will list card requirements and may specify cards that work. Problem is, most manufacturers do not supply Linux drivers for their cards and the open source drivers generally do not support the TV out functions.

+1

I have a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR USB2, which works with just a little tweaking. Had to install ivtv-utils, and add user privileges "Capture video from tv...."
