Hi
I an looking for a firefox extension to allow me store all open tabs or a selection of open tabs into a file/ files and then open that file/ files when I am offline.

Is there something like that available?

Thanks

I don't think they can save all tabs, but Scrapbook (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/427) and Scrapbook+ (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8186) are great for saving pages.

Firefox already has most of that dunctionality built in.

You can save all open tabs to your bookmarks, then open the folder into tabs at any other time. As for the offline browsing part, there is an offline feature in the file menu, not sure if it'll do what you want. But seems the only part you may need an extension for is the offline part, since bookmarking and opening bookmarked tabs (all at once) is already there.

Aside from the bookmark feature, I don't think so.

I have always wanted this feature in the form that the OP described it, for example if I want to close a window and save those tabs without shutting firefox down altogether.

maxiboy,

I don't understand how bookmarking tabs doesn't do what's described?
