Hello. I have really tried for hours and failed installing this, so wonder if any commercial help is available in the north west. Samsung forum was extremely helpful, but I am really stuck and I am looking for someone who could "sort out" my installation mess. I know it may be against the spirit, but I desperately need it. Apologies in advance if I am in any way breaching any convention.:confused:
